To enhance our competitive position and to level out the management hierarchy, the EMS Group is changing its management structure. The largest business unit EMS-CHEMIE with its divisions Engineering Plastics (EP) and Technical Fibres and Adhesives (TF+A) will be broken down into three independent business units (BUs), i.e. profit centres: BU EMS-EP, EMS-TF+A and BU EMS-SERVICES.
