EMS holds 5.61 % of the registered shares of the Alusuisse Lonza Group AG

EMS-CHEMIE HOLDING AG announces that it holds presently 350'000 registered shares of the Alusuisse Lonza Group AG which correspond to 5.61 % of the voting rights.

In case the voting rights are exceeded by 5 %, a corresponding notification is required in compliance with the law of the stock exchange.

EMS-CHEMIE HOLDING AG thus today fulfills this obligation not only towards the Alusuisse Lonza Group AG but also towards the Disclosure Office of the Swiss Exchange.
