On May 24th, 2004 EMS announced the sale of business unit INVENTA-FISCHER to the German plant contractor UHDE GmbH. The sale was finalised, upon approval of the German Federal Cartel Office on July 5, 2004. The transfer of ownership was effected today. UHDE will take over INVENTA-FISCHER retroactively per January 1st, 2004.
